How we use the investment
Your Commitment:
We require a minimum investment of £10,000
Nine and twelve months term option available.
Interest amount varies between amount invested and length of term option.
The longer you invest, the more you will earn.
What the banks can offer vs what we can offer
We have become an option for private investors to get a much better return on their money, than what they would get by having it sat in the bank. Using our property knowledge and the ability to buy below market value, we renovate the property to increase its value, then we refinance to out perform the interest rates on what the bank will be offering.
