I’m Allan Graham from Redcar in the North East of England, supported by my partner of 12 years and two young daughters.

Me and my team are seasoned property investors and developers. Our own portfolios include a selection
of buy to lets (BTLS), house in multiple occupation (HMO), serviced accommodation and commercial to residential developments.
We buy property below market value and add as much value to the property
as possible through renovation then refinance the property to release the added equity.

Converting 3-4 bed houses under permitted development into houses of multiple occupation (HMOs) for 5+ Tenants.
Market the property to professionals or to a University for Students.
Equity gain through refinance and long-term income generation.
